Accessing our services over Christmas and New Year
Christmas and New Year will see some differences in our opening hours and service availability.
You'll still be able to use our website day and night to report issues.
Through our website, you can also apply for things, find information and make payments. Please be aware that some reports or applications will not be processed until Thursday, January 2.
Bin collections will continue on a revised timetable.
Our teams will continue to provide all the usual out-of-hours support and services.
Our contact centres will be operating reduced hours, with the usual out-of-hours line for payments and emergencies.
Please check if you can report your issue via our website before calling. Please also be aware it's likely to take longer for your call to be answered out-of-hours and only certain issues can be dealt with out-of-hours.
For emergency situations where someone is in danger see: Police emergency contact advice
