To raise a query or submit evidence relating to Council Tax, Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction and Business Rates, please select the Fenland District Council tab on the Anglia Revenues Partnership website 'contact us' page.
For all other enquiries, please use our general enquiry form.

If this method is not suitable, you can call us on 01354 654321. Lines are usually open 9am-4pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am-noon (Saturday). Lines are closed on bank holidays. We offer a limited out of hours phone service.
In person (face-to-face) appointments - by appointment only
In person appointments are reserved for the rare times where none of other contact methods are appropriate. They cannot be used to make payments, which must be made online, through PayPoint or by phone.
Please consider if you can use any of our other contact methods before attempting to book an appointment.
