Find out how to contact Fenland District Council and access our services

Before you contact us, please check to see if you can find what you need on our website. You can use our website to report an issue as well as to pay or apply for a council service. 

You can also check your bin collection day, as well as your local councillor details, using our find my nearest tool. 

Our 'top tasks' section provides a short cut to our most popular services. These include Council Tax, Housing Benefit, bins, planning and housing.

Out-of-hours emergencies

We offer a limited out-of-hours phone service. Please be patient as it may take some time to answer your call. This line can also be used to access our automated out-of-hours phone payment service.

It is usually much quicker to contact us online.

If this method is not suitable, you can call us on 01354 654321. Lines are usually open 9am-4pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am-noon (Saturday). Lines are closed on bank holidays. We offer a limited out of hours phone service.


In person (face-to-face) appointments - by appointment only

In person appointments are reserved for the rare times where none of other contact methods are appropriate. They cannot be used to make payments, which must be made online, through PayPoint or by phone

Please consider if you can use any of our other contact methods before attempting to book an appointment.
