1. This form should only be used to arrange collection of clinical waste items.
  
  If you have a full sharps container you do not need to book a collection, you can return these free of charge to some local pharmacies. Please see www.fenland.gov.uk/clinical for details of your nearest free collection point.
  
  Clinical Waste items are those that can't go in your household bins as they could be hazardous and infectious. The service is based on a 'per collection' basis.
  Remember, hygiene waste items can go in your green bin. They are treated as normal waste because they are not infectious. This means you don't need to organise a special collection for these items.
