Funfairs

Fenland's towns are visited by funfairs several times a year.

Several of the regular funfairs use district council car parks when they are visiting. Motorists are unable to use the car parks on those dates.

Please note the funfairs are not operated by Fenland District Council and opening times and days may change at the discretion of the operators. Please check before travelling.

Chatteris - Spring / early summer fair

The Chatteris fair usually takes place late spring to early summer at Wenny Road Open Space.

The fair is weather dependent as rain can restrict HGV access to the field.

March - Spring and Statute Fair

The fair arrives in the town of March for two weeks, twice a year.

It is held in the months of March and late September / early October and occupies City Road car and lorry parks.

There is no public parking at this location available when the fair takes place. Find other car parks in March.

Nearby car parks Mill View and Market Place have a maximum two-hour stay period.

Please contact the fairground operators for confirmation of opening days and times before travelling.

Whittlesey - Spring, summer and autumn fair

The fair arrives in Whittlesey three times a year during spring (March), summer (May) and autumn (October).

Please contact the fairground operators for confirmation of opening days and times before travelling.

Wisbech - Mart and Statute Fair

The fair arrives in Wisbech twice a year.
