Whittlesey Festival 2025 is promising fun for all
Whittlesey Festival is back on Sunday, September 14, and is promising to be a fabulous day filled with fun for all.

The event will include a parade, live performances, rides, a craft fair, dozens of stalls, 170 classic vehicles and an exhibition of school pupils' art.
The event takes place in the town centre, 10am to 4pm.
Cllr Chris Seaton, of Fenland District Council, said: "We're proud to support Whittlesey Festival again this year and look forward to seeing another wonderful day for all the community."

The festival parade will assemble in Broad Street from 9.30am, set off at 10am to arrive in the market square, Market Street, around 10.10am.
Planned entertainment includes, in the market square, Romford Drum and Trumpet Corp marching band, Irish, Lindy Hop and Indian dance, magic, gymnast and majorettes shows. There'll also be a full programme of music and entertainment at St Mary's Church and on the churchyard green.
School pupils' art, and a model railway, will be on display in Whittlesey Library, Market Street. The art exhibition will remain open for two weeks after the festival.
There'll also be a craft fair in Childers, Station Road.
A flypast is also planned. Details available on the day.
Whittlesey Festival is a Fenland Four Seasons event driven by Whittlesey Festival Committee - a dedicated volunteer committee.
The committee puts in many hours of work to plan, organise, deliver and fundraise for a programme of events and activities. It works hard to provide free or heavily subsidised children's rides at the festival.
The event is supported by Fenland District Council and Whittlesey Town Council.
Walking, cycling and use of public transport to get to the event is encouraged for those who can.
If you're travelling by car, parking is available in Grosvenor Road, Parkinson Lane, Queen Street and Eastgate.
There will be no vehicle access to the town centre as roads will be closed. Diversion routes will be in place.
The event is within walking distance to Whittlesea Train Station. This has connections to Peterborough and Cambridge.
Whittlesey bus station is also in walking distance.
If you arrive by bike, please note cycling is not permitted in the event area.
