Summer events coming to March Market Place this August
Two community events are set to take place in March Market Place this August, organised by town and district councillor and Fenland District Council Cabinet member, Cllr Gary Christy, in partnership with local groups.

This Sunday, 3 August, will see the return of the popular Farmers Fayre, bringing a wide range of fresh, locally produced food and artisan goods right to the heart of the town.
Shoppers can enjoy browsing high-quality produce from local farmers, bakers, and makers at the event, which is organised with Nicola Christy and the Fenland Farmers Group.
The Farmers Fayre takes place from 10am to 2pm.
Later in the month, the Market Place will once again be the stage for the much-loved Minis in March Market Place event. Following the success of its debut last year, the event will return on Sunday, 17 August, from 10am to 3pm.
The event, organised in partnership with Cambs Mini Club, will showcase an impressive line-up of classic and modern Mini cars for enthusiasts and families to enjoy.
Cllr Christy said: "I'm thrilled to be working with the Fenland Farmers Group and Cambs Mini Club to bring these fantastic events to March Market Place again this August. The Farmers Fayre is a great way to support local businesses and enjoy fresh, quality produce, while Mini's in March Market Place is a fun day out that brings together car lovers and the wider community. We look forward to welcoming everyone along."
Both events are free to attend.
