Cllr Jan French, Fenland District Council's portfolio holder for parks and open spaces, said: "By all accounts Chatteris Midsummer Festival 2025 was another immense event, supported incredibly by the local community and bringing joy to thousands of visitors across a packed weekend programme.
"Our gratitude goes to the volunteer-led committee who put in endless work before, during and after the weekend, our partners including Chatteris Town Council, our own dedicated team, as well as all the visitors, businesses and community groups who get involved."
The event included arena entertainment, stalls and food at Furrowfields Recreation Ground.
A dog show was cancelled due to high temperatures and replaced, as advertised, with children's sporting activities. Visitors also enjoyed colour fun runs, tug of war and a foam cannon.
