Full Time Permanent Contract
Band 5, £29,093 - £31,586 per year
We are currently looking for Refuse Drivers to work alongside our dedicated refuse collection team to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service to our customers in Fenland.
As part of the Refuse collection team, you will be responsible for driving a range of refuse vehicles, ensuring allocated work is performed to service standards and daily records of service are completed. So, if you have a current C class licence, have completed, or are working towards your CPC qualification, good attention to detail and a flexible approach to your working hours, please get in touch. You are expected to help operatives empty bins and undertake a range of operational tasks to assist the operatives as required.
The normal working pattern will be Monday to Friday with four days working and one day rest. The rest day will alternate throughout the week on a weekly basis. Normal working hours are as follows:
- 6.30am to 4.45pm
Working hours outside of these times and days may occasionally be required (for example weekend catch up following a bank holiday).
