Local Conditions
1. We firstly need to check that the Local Conditions for review have been met.
2. Have all reports of anti-social behaviour been made within one month of it taking place?
3. Have there been three or more reports of anti-social behaviour in the last six months?
4. Are the reports of anti-social behaviour linked to the same issue?
5. Have all the reports of anti-social behaviour been reported to either the police, the council or your registered housing provider?
6. If you have not answered ‘yes’ to all the above questions, do you feel there are other grounds why a case review needs to be conducted? (optional)
