Guidance
1. Individuals
  Applying as an individual means you are seeking to purchase a plot of land and build a house to live in as your sole or main residence. You may do some or all of the build yourself or employ a builder, architect or project manager to oversee the build.
2. Associations
  Applying as an association means that you are applying as a group of people who have come together to design and develop a custom or self-build housing development which you each plan to live in as your sole or main residence. You may build this yourselves or with help from a developer to help manage the project. If you wish to register more than 5 people as part of an association please contact planning@fenland.gov.uk
