Public Space Protection Orders

Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) are powers and tools to help tackle anti-social behaviour locally.

The orders prevent specific acts, which would not otherwise be criminal offences, within designated geographic areas.

Any PSPOs introduced must be renewed every three years.

Further information on the PSPOs in place across Fenland can be found below.

Dog Control PSPO

Our dog control PSPO is there to ensure that everyone can enjoy our parks and open spaces. It means that owners must clear up after their dogs and keep them under control.

Norfolk Street / West Street PSPO

A passageway that links Norfolk Street and West Street in Wisbech has been closed to help reduce anti-social behaviour.

Wisbech PSPO (alcohol)

New powers are reinforcing ongoing work to tackle alcohol-fuelled incidents and anti-social behaviour in Wisbech
