Householder applications
View application forms on the Planning Portal.
Use these forms when applying for works to your existing dwelling. Examples of works include extensions, conservatories, fences, sheds and garages.

Applications for outline permission and reserved matters

Use separate forms for application for listed building consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building plus advertisement consent.
