Starting salary £63,177 - £71,006 per annum plus excellent employee benefits package
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, forward-thinking and innovative Revenues and Benefits manager to join the Senior Management Team at Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP) as the Revenues and Benefits Service Manager (Support).
ARP is a unique partnership of five Councils providing revenues and benefits services across three counties, is the largest revenues partnership in England with the third largest caseload in the UK. Our award-winning service is enhanced by our in-house Fraud Team and our in-house Enforcement Agency, which provide Fraud and Enforcement services to all our partners as well as other external local authorities and housing associations.
We also have our own support function teams, including finance, communications and systems. The objective of ARP is to utilise best practice to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service on behalf of our partners and customers, whilst delivering on financial efficiencies, providing value for money and resilience.
Working alongside two Principal managers and reporting directly to the Head of ARP, you will be responsible for driving innovation and continuous improvement and leading a management team that oversees almost 300 employees.
What we're looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who leads with positivity and passion, with proven experience of leading and managing a revenues and benefits service. Taking a people first approach, you will provide compassionate leadership to empower others to make our vision a reality.
As our new Revenues and Benefits Service Manager (Support) you should have experience in leading and running successful cross cutting projects, taking an energetic approach to motivate, collaborate and inspire others to achieve outstanding results and seek continuous improvements to service delivers within a revenues and benefits environment.
Covering 1800 square miles and spanning three counties, our partnership promotes agile working with no requirement to attend our offices on set days. This position would suit someone who is comfortable predominantly working from home but has the flexibility to attend our offices for occasional face to face meetings and committee meetings as and when required.
