My Fenland Call Handler - Fenland District Council
- Full time (37 hours)
- Fixed term contract to 31 March 2028
- £24,790 - £26,835 (National Pay Award pending)
- 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to midday around one Saturday in six
- With option of some working from home
Our My Fenland Team are all about delivering great customer service from the very first point of contact, with a great 'One Team' approach and a real passion for helping and supporting our customers.
This is an exciting, varied opportunity for a customer service advisor within Fenland District Council's My Fenland Team.
We're looking for a people person who will thrive on variety and working as part of a busy and lively customer-focused team.
You'll need excellent communication skills to deal with enquiries via phone, email, web chat and in-person.
You'll be resolving customer queries on a wide range of council and partner services.
In addition, the My Fenland team provides admin support to key services across the council.
Previous experience in a customer-focused environment is essential.
Full training will be provided.
The role is on a fixed term contract to 31 March 2028.
