Our Rental Deposit Scheme can provide financial support for private rented properties
If you've found a private rented property and are having problems with paying the deposit or upfront costs you may be able to apply for financial assistance from the council.
To be eligible to apply for the rent deposit scheme you must be either homeless or facing homelessness and have a local connection to Fenland. We will then conduct a housing needs assessment and will discuss options with you as part of this process.
