Customer Services Satisfaction Survey results - 2024
We ran our annual Customer Satisfaction survey during February 2024. Of those surveyed, 98% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the service they received.
Customers contacted us the most about Council Tax (37%), Waste and Recycling (22%) and Benefits queries (17%). In 96% of cases, we were able to help the customer with their query.
