Our Customer Care Policy explains how we aim to provide easy access to services and information whilst providing excellent customer service. 

We also consult with the public every year about the services we provide. The documents on this page explain the results and any actions we will take to make improvements. 

Customer Services Satisfaction Survey results - 2025

We ran our annual Customer Satisfaction survey during February 2025. Of those surveyed, 96.66% of customers were very satisfied, satisfied, or neutral towards the service they received.

Customers contacted us the most about Council Tax (53%), Waste and Recycling (20%) and Benefits queries (12%). In 95% of cases, we were able to help the customer with their query.
