Parson Drove Neighbourhood Plan

The  Parson Drove Neighbourhood Plan (Made Version) (PDF) [3MB] (opens new window) was formally made by Fenland District Council on 06 August 2020.

During October and November 2019, the Parson Drove Neighbourhood Development Plan was examined by Mr David Kaiserman BA DipTP MRTPI of Trevor Roberts Associates. 

The Council considered the examiner's recommendations and modified the Parson Drove Neighbourhood Plan accordingly. Details of the Council's decision are set out in the Decision Statement. 

The Council is satisfied that the Parson Drove Neighbourhood Plan (as modified) satisfies the basic conditions and other legal requirements and proceeded to hold a referendum. The plan successfully passed referendum in February 2020.
